Simon, a young culinary graduate, enters the selection contest of a prestigious restaurant where he must prepare duck breast. On his workstation, he is horrified to find a live duck, Darwin, locked inside a cage. Panicking, he hides in the storage room, torn by a difficult moral dilemma.
